Legal Associate: General Litigation with Clergy and Wisemen LLP

Assist in handling matters before trial courts, tribunals, and appellate forums.
Draft pleadings, including petitions, replies, written statements, and submissions.
Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and briefs.
Appear and assist in court proceedings, including hearings and arguments.
Coordinate with clients, seniors, and court staff as required.
Stay updated with relevant legal developments, case laws, and procedural changes.

Experience: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
Education: LL.B. from a recognized university.
Bar Enrollment: Enrolled with any State Bar Council in India.
Strong command over legal drafting and research.
Solid understanding of procedural and substantive legal principles.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
